How to reach Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, Virudhunagar

From Madurai (Nearest major city):

The university is about 65 km southwest of Madurai via NH744 (formerly NH208).

Buses:

Frequent TNSTC and private buses run from Madurai (Periyar Bus Stand) to Krishnankoil/Srivilliputtur.

From Krishnankoil or Srivilliputtur bus stop, you can take an auto-rickshaw or local taxi to Kalasalingam University (~10–15 min).

From Chennai:

It’s approximately 535 km from Chennai to the university by road (about 8–9 hours drive).

From Nearby Towns:

Buses also connect to the campus from Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Madurai, Dindigul, and nearby towns.

Ask the driver to stop at Krishnankoil — the university is close by.
